Justin Bono, President, has over 20 years experience in the real estate, homebuilding and development business.

Mr. Bono started his career with Arthur Andersen working with clients in various industries with a heavy emphasis on real estate. He served as Controller and Vice President of Finance of Pulte Homes’ Dallas/Fort Worth division managing all financial responsibilities for the operation with over $250 million in revenue and 1,500 closings per year. He later was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Pulte Homes’ Houston division serving as the top local manager for the sales, construction, customer relations and purchasing functions.

From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Bono served as President and CEO for Dubose Model Homes managing a model home and residential land portfolio in excess of $150 million. In this role, he oversaw more than 20 partnerships investing in single family housing and real estate, five of which were partnerships in which he was directly responsible for raising capital. Mr. Bono’s experience included managing all operational functions including investor relations, asset allocation, due diligence, asset acquisition, asset disposition, distributions to partners, financial statement preparation and preparation and filing of all state and federal tax returns.

From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Bono served as Executive Vice President of Winchester Carlisle Companies, a diversified real estate holding company. As the top financial officer, he was responsible for all financial reporting, treasury, compliance, bank relationships, underwriting, and transaction structuring.

Mr. Bono holds a Master of Science in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. While not currently active, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Mr. Bono is involved in his local community having served from 2014 – 2020 on the Board of Trustees for the Richardson Independent School District. He previously served on the Board of Directors and multiple committees for the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands and on several committees at his church.
